Senior RECP Expert
Ms. Sanduni Thudugala is an experienced professional in the field of environmental conservation and management. She holds a First-class B.Sc degree in Environment Conservation and Management from the University of Kelaniya. Over the past twelve years, she has been actively involved in the field, spending most of her career at the National Career of Sri Lanka, where she had the opportunity to expand her expertise at both national and international levels. Additionally, Ms. Thudugala has undergone specialized training in various areas, including Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), quantification of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions according to ISO 14064 standards and EMS Lead Auditor training.
Within her role at NCPC, she has taken the lead in the Water and Life Cycle Assessment Division. Also she’s the project coordinator and Senior Technical Expert for EU Switch Asia funded Project PROMISE.
